Disk usage hits 100 percentage while stopping database server

Hello,

I am using GEO SCADA Expert 2021 version. I am observing abnormal disk usage of 100 percent while stopping Clear SCADA database server. Spikes in disk usage remains at 100 percent while the server is in the stopping state. I observed the same behavior while using clearSCADA 2017 version too.

This unusual disk usage causes some other windows services to abrupt halt. 

Can anybody provide any reasons for this abnormal behavior?
