Differences between ViewX license and floating license

I have posted in the other forum regarding my inquiry about the differences between the ViewX license and floating license here.

However, I still have further inquiries regarding to what privileges does a ViewX license have compared to the floating license. Like, if I use another workstation to connect to the server holding the floating license, is the workstation able to develop and have complete access and control? And is the ViewX license allowed to be installed on the same server but is used by another workstation connected to the server?
