Users who have been granted 'configure' permissions are unable to copy & paste database objects.  Which ACL permission is attributable to having the ability to copy & paste database objects?

The user needs to have both Read and Configure permission on all the objects being copied. This includes all of the children when copying a group.

In addition, the user needs to have Configure permission on the destination group that the object(s) are being copied into.

If the object(s) being copied include any Users, User Groups or User Patterns then the user also needs to have Security permission on the destination group that the object(s) are being copied into.

This is already the case for these particular users who are attempting to copy and paste an object and are met with a message regarding insufficient permissions.

They are contained within a Configuration Group with both 'Read' and 'Configure' permissions and General User Group with 'Read', 'Browse' and 'View Alarms' permissions.  The folders where the copy and pasting attempts are taking place all Inherit Permission.

Administrators like myself have no problem copying and pasting.
