Time (Local) and Time (UTC) Not Synchronize Even After Enable NTP Server

Hi, I need help. In Ecostruxure Automation Expert, I already enabled the NTP server and set the ip address same as ip PC used (10.10.181.30), but it still not synchronize with Modicon M251 dPAC. Is there any steps that I mislook? Can check the picture attached as reference.

Did you deployed the device configuration?

Yes, already deployed and already reboot

Can you try adding the time from the physical topology by selecting the Hardware? and check if it taking or not.
