STB ACI1400 Symbolic Link for OPC UA
Hi everyone. We are still new in EAE and still learning.
We are working on a project with the following configuration: -
M580 dPAC - the main controller
STB - the remote I/O
Aveva InTouch - the HMI
Below is the simplified system architecture.
The STB island consists of AI, DI and DO modules and all signals are mapped to EAE using SYMLINKMULTIVARDST and SYMLINKMULTIVARSRC function blocks. The signals are expected to be displayed on HMI via OPC UA protocol.
So far, we managed to get STB DI and DO signals listed in OPC UA (refer EAE ver.24 OPC UA Exposed List.png) but not for AI signal. The AI symbolic link configuration as shown by the attached snapshot (refer STB AI Symlink.png).
Kindly guide us on how to get the AI signals to be listed in OPC UA. Thanks.
