Modicon M221 not logging in with ecostruxure

We have bought a new PLC (Model Modicon TM221M16T). When connected to laptop through mini-USB cable BMXXCAUSBH045, ecostruxure software detects the PLC & M221(usb) is listed in local devices section. But, when I try to log in, status window shows progress upto 86% and then stops. After sometime, it gives error advisory: "Communication detected error. Verify USB cable, Modbus driver parameters, controller connection or power supply."

Please suggest solution for successful login.
