Yes actually it provides such solution.

The generated help document is relative to your project and also embedding the documentation of other dependent libraries that your project depends on.

The output documentation is a CHM document.

You may document each function block to have a relevant description, but OPCUA / Offline preregistration parameters are coming automatically whenever configured.

You can for sure also have a generic description of your project in a separate documentation section.
