HMIS855 used for the temperature monitoring system does not initialize.
After downloading the configuration with a pendrive, the HMI hangs on the "Start up Firmware (Ver 6.2.28) screen. I can't download it again because as it doesn't initialize, the pendrive doesn't restart. This case is recurring, we've had to replace some HMIs, I'd like to know if there is a solution that I can carry out here at the factory.
