Asset Advisor ED Release Notes | Q1-Q3 2023 Retroactive (7.6-7.12)

The Asset Advisor for Electrical Distribution (AA ED) application released a variety of new features and capabilities in 2023. With the launch of this new SE Community focused on the platform and its Data API, we would like to feature a Release Notes retroactive since Q1 2023. Subsequent new releases will have their own announcements in real time on this Community. 

Q1 - Q3 2023 Release Notes Retroactive (Release Notes 7.6 - 7.12)

Release Notes 7.6 - 7.8

Three key evolutions were delivered: 

1. The EcoCare for Modular Data Center offer has received cooling unit as an asset type with analytics, apart from the other continuous evolution on assisted provisioning to increase our internal efficiency. Access internal SE Release Note 7.6 here. 
2. The AA ED Data API now shares information system-to-system with our connected customers. Access internal SE Release Note 7.7 here.
3. MV Active offers can now display first version for PD100 devices integrated in AA ED. Initial pilots can be displayed on specific dashboards for MV panels and MV cubicles. Access internal SE Release Note 7.8 here.

The Release Notes for these three releases detail more information about additional improvements to customer experience and CSH efficiency. They are also available to customers and external users directly on the AA ED platform.

Release Note 7.9

Four key evolutions were delivered: 

1. The AA ED Data API is completed with web hook methods to push data under subscription to get faster, more relevant information and updates. 
2. Completed version 1.0 for PD100 device integration, adding some MV panel and Site views, and partial health index linked to Cooling score.
3. New report specifically defined for ESP for Fire prevention offer that will be first step for partner enablement within the Digital Monitoring portfolio.
4. New for Customer experience are temperatures displayed in ºF, Fahrenheit, as per any user preferences, to address demand in some regions. More features evolution on the assisted provisioning and factory screens, and the new roles created for our DSA (Digital Services Architects) team of IoT engineers will bring effectiveness to internal users

Release Notes 7.10 - 7.12

Three key evolutions were delivered: 

1. Release Note 7.10 - The second step towards SE strategy of open platform (southbound connection), breadth of analytics with Cooling Score Events efficiency via a single dashboard, focus on industrialization and scaling of offer for profitability; one click provisioning. 
2. Release Note 7.11 - Integrate transformers analytics from SE company quickly efficiently and with quality (ETE), investment in dashboard to make operational data more actionable for customers/better customer experience with actionable data, CSH efficiency speed up resolution of issue by CSH. 
3. Release Note 7.12 - Better customer experience with more specific insights and ticketing information for CSH efficiency.
