Issue
In Vista 5.1.1 an "Unable to request license" alarm appears every minute, although the license is installed and the system is operating correctly.

Cause
Software limitation.
Resolution
Install TAC Vista Server and Workstation 5.1.1 Hotfix 17. This replaces hotfix 11 where this issue was originally addressed.
