Issue
During the installation of the WorkPlace Tech Tool release 5.8 software, the following error is displayed:

Cause
The message will be displayed if no Microsoft Office 2010 components have been installed on the computer.
Resolution
If Microsoft Office 2010 or any of its individual products including Word-2010, Excel-2010, Visio-2010, etc., have not been installed on the computer, the message can be ignored. The Microsoft Office 2010 component upgrade failed because the no upgradable components were not found by the installer. Click the [Yes] button to continue the installation.
