Cause
Earlier versions of X700/ X913 system software did not support M-bus manufacturer specific data that contains extra status information in the VIFE
Resolution
For Xenta 700, there is a hotfix for v5.1.8 that adds support for this type (also included in v5.1.9 and later) .
For Xenta 913, v5.1.9 and later includes this hotfix.
