Issue
WorkPlace Tech version 5.7.2 menus do not appear when the StruxureWare Building Operation workstation is installed on the same computer.
Environment
Computer with both WorkPlace Tech version 5.7.2 and StruxureWare Building Operation workstation installed.
Cause
WorkPlace Tech 5.8.2 and later support coexistence with SmartStruxure.
Resolution
Install WorkPlace Tech 5.8.2 or later.
The proper procedure for performing this upgrade is:
- Uninstall StruxureWare Building Operation
- Install the latest version of the WorkPlace Tech Tool software.
- Reinstall Building Operation.
