Issue
System error log are reporting Wm_TimeObject errors when trying to create or modify a time schedule in a Xenta server.

Cause
Attempting to view or create a time schedule object page in the web browser when the time schedule resides in an offline Xenta controller.
Resolution
The Xenta controller must be online to create or modify a time schedule.
