Issue

When trying to select meters in Building Operation QT Administrator a 'User is not authorised to access' message appears and a log list cannot be retrieved.

Cause

This is most likely caused by an incorrect trend log configuration.  Either:

- One or more extended trend logs are not configured with a trend log.

or

- One or more trend logs are not monitoring a point.

Resolution

Correct the configuration and retry.
