When the ENC is set up to pull weather data from the Enterprise Server the ENC's Application Director starts spewing out provisioning errors.

Cause

When set up to do this the ENC uses provisioningNiagara functionality and requires that module be present in the ENC

Resolution

Install the provisioningNiagara module in the ENC.
