When ordering an MNL-10Rxx, MNL-15Rxx, or MNL-20Rxx controller, is the controller base included?

MNL controllers; MNL-10Rxx, MNL-15Rxx, or MNL-20Rxx
Cause
The web pages on iPortal do not described whether or not the base is included.
Resolution
The base is included when ordering any of these MNL controllers.
