The IAC-420-F part number for an IAC-420 with fixed terminals has been made obsolete.
The IAC-420-P specification number should be used.
The only difference between the two devices is fixed (F) terminals against plug in (P) terminals.
Resolution
The replacement for either an IAC 420-F or an IAC-420-P is the IAC-420-P
