What is the process required to upgrade application drawings done with Workplace Tech 3.1?

Cause
Use the application drawings done with Workplace Tech 3.1 on newer Workplace Tech.
Resolution
The first step is to convert the drawings using Workplace Tech 3.2 Service Pack 1 (and Visio 2000). Then the drawings can be converted using Workplace Tech 5.x and Visio 2002 or Visio 2003.
