Cause
Valid address ranges required
Resolution
Each "Network" (often called Continuum Network or Infinity Network) supports controllers with ACCNetID values of 1 to 190.
No duplicate numbers are allowed on the same network
Potentially the database supports up to 4 Million networks.
Cyberstation workstations have ACCNetID's in the range 191 through 254 (maximum 64)
