I need to know hardware specifications for the BACnet controllers and cannot find it in any documents.

Memory: Flash 256KB, SRAM 8KB, EEPROM 4KB
A/D and D/A resolution: UI inputs have a 12 bit resolution and UO outputs have an 8 bit resolution
MNB-70
