Issue
With a Sigma 4.0.8 installation using a software license, when adding the entitlement ID to License administrator. The message “Unable to connect to "Server" is displayed.

Cause
When adding the Sigma entitlement ID to EBO License administrator, an internet connection is required to allow the license administrator to connect to the on-line licensing server.
Resolution
When a PC is not connected to the internet, and you need to activate a software license entitlement, an Offline Activation Tool is available, this can be downloaded here.
