Issue
Values are not refreshing automatically in Screenmate
Environment

Cause
The Automatic Refresh does not apply to Screenmate, as such values will not automatically update. This feature only applies within Webstation.
Resolution
To get the latest values you must manually refresh Screenmate, as the Automatic refresh setting does not apply to this object.
