Issue

Using Russian language with I/NET

Environment

I/NET foreign language translations

Cause

I/NET (with SQL) that is installed on an English operating system will not be able to display Russian alphabet characters if regional settings are later changed to Russian.

Resolution

To avoid this problem, change the regional settings before the installation I/NET and SQL.
