Issue
When updating to SmartStruxure 1.5 BACnet IP devices go offline from either ES or AS
Environment
SmartStruxure Automation Server
SmartStruxure Enterprise Server
Cause
The upgrade to SBO 1.5 can sometimes cause the BACnet IP network interface to lose the IP broadcast address.
Resolution
Verify the BACnet IP Network interface configuration to see if anything has been lost. Re-enter settings for IP broadcast address to establish connection with BACnet devices again.
