Issue
Currently has a 1CAL Webstation license, but wants to upgrade to 12CAL. Can the upg. license part be used?

Vista 5.1.X
Cause
Upgrading number of Webstation licenses within the same version.
Resolution
The upgrade licenses are intended to be used only when upgrading from a previous version of Vista Webstation, and is not applicable for an increase of CALs.
