Turning off automatic plug-in registration when LonMaker is opened

Cause
By default, LonMaker automatically registers any unregistered plug-ins when a drawing is opened. It can cause a major delay in starting up a drawing if it is restored onto another PC where the plug-ins don't need to be registered and is better to leave that as an option to the individual users.
Resolution
The option in LonMaker is enabled by default as are the other startup options (network interface, onnet/offnet).
- Uncheck "Register all unregistered plug-ins when re-opening this drawing"
- Check "Skip this prompt when re-opening this drawing"
- There won't be any unwanted plug-ins registered to the LM drawing and LonMaker will launch a little faster, as well.
