Cause
Tunneling is needed to make programming changes to the LCM's.
Resolution
It is possible to tunnel through the UNC to the LCM's, but it requires an RS-232 connection from the UNC to one of the LCM's. See the LCM Integration Guide F-27422-2 for details.
