Issue
TreeTech 3.1 is installed on a Windows 7-32 bit computer. After receiving the unlock code and entering it, a pop-up error window appears stating "Cannot Access Registry".

Cause
The Windows user account was not configured for a password.
Resolution
Modify the Windows user account to ensure it has administrative rights and that it has a non-blank password.
