The WorkPlace Commissioning Tool cannot see MSTP controllers under a MNB-1000.

Environment

WorkPlace Tech 5.x

Cause

Procedural error

Resolution

In the Tools menu,

1. Select Configure Communication.
2. Click on the BACnet radio button.
3. Click on the Advanced button.
4. Check the Browse Setting: Global.
5. Click OK.
