Issue
The Video Server cannot be connected in Chinese OS.
Environment
Vista
Chinese OS or the Language/Region setting is Chinese
Cause
The odd digits password of Video Server will change to even digits in Workstation in Chinese OS. For example, 5 digits password will change to 4 digits. 1 digit password will change to blank.
Resolution
Change the Language and Region setting to English.
