Mobile or Cellular companies may require the modem's IMEI number to issue a SIM card for the device.

Cause
The IMEI number is not displayed on the device labelling.
Resolution
The IMEI number is printed on the label on a chip inside the SP-4G-USB module.
This can be seen when looking up close through the slots in the module case and looking down through the top of the module.
Use a phone camera to take a photo of this label so the number can be properly identified.
