Issue
Tap not communicating with Host. (Refer to TCON 101 and TCON 226)

Cause
Multiple causes are possible.
Resolution
- Check connections at the host port
- Verify Switch settings
- Ensure you are using the correct cable
- Check the Tap version
- Check the Baud rate set in the set up
- Check the Comm Port defined in setup
