Issue

TGML function Convert Status doesn't seem to work for forced Values

Environment

TGML 5.1.5 or higher.

Cause

Vista will always identify forced values as online values. As mentioned in 5.1.7 release notes

Resolution

This can be scripted in other ways in TGML if it is necessary to show when a value is forced.
