Cause
Sometimes the locking pin in the base plate breaks and needs to be replaced.
Resolution
No spare parts are available. The complete parts needs to be purchased.
Part no 007309010 is for Xenta 300 series controllers
Part no 007309020 is for Xenta 400/500/700/900 series controllers, and I/O modules.
Part no 007309140 is for Xenta 100 series controllers.
