Information Technology Brief:
The TAC Xenta® 527 is a web based presentation system for TAC Vista LONWORKS and I/NET Seven® networks. In addition, to supplementing the host workstation interface with web access, the TAC Xenta 527 can also be used as the sole operator interface into I/NET Seven and TAC Vista LONWORKS systems. A single Xenta 527 will handle small to midsized systems, and several devices can be used to handle larger networks. The web pages are based on standard Internet technology as HTML and Java™ Applets. Alarms can be forwarded as e-mail.
