Cause
Windows user account did not have Admin rights.
Resolution
This error is caused because the Windows user does not have Admin rights, and this is required to install Sigma. This requirement is shown in the release note.
To correct this issue, log onto Windows as a user with Admin rights and then the software will be loaded correctly.
