Issue
After commissioning a Sigma IC-Lon it is a requirement to upload the NvConfig.bin. There are times when the file properties are changed.

Cause
After commissioning a Sigma IC-Lon it is a requirement to upload the NvConfig.bin. It has been found that on some sites that once this file had been uploaded it was not possible to back the file up using a backup program or windows explorer.
Resolution
The file properties need to be changed by adding Authenticated users and the users groups to each file and have full access rights assigned.
