Show the actual setpoint (nvoEffectSetPt) from the TAC Xenta 102-AX on the STR250

Cause
It is possible to select normalized setpoint, or actual setpoint, via the TAC Xenta 102-AX plugin.
If you select to have a normalized setpoint (this will show the same value both in heating as well as in cooling mode, but the controller still works against the heating setpoint in heating mode, and cooling setpoint in cooling mode), you will have the same value at nvoEffectSetPt as you have on the STR250.
If you select to not have normalized setpoint, both the STR250 as well as the nvoEffectSetPt will show heating setpoint in heating mode, and cooling setpoint in cooling mode.
Resolution
If you select to have a normalized setpoint (this will show the same value both in heating as well as in cooling mode, but the controller still works against the heating setpoint in heating mode, and cooling setpoint in cooling mode), you will have the same value at nvoEffectSetPt as you have on the STR250.
If you select to not have normalized setpoint, both the STR250 as well as the nvoEffectSetPt will show heating setpoint in heating mode, and cooling setpoint in cooling mode.
