Resolution
- Update the controller's OS to 2.0.27
- Then update the controller's firmware to the "interim-build" v2.08.1287
- Then update to release build 2.08.1295.
Firmware is located on the EcoExpert Extranet
There is no importance of installation order between controller firmware and Client/Server software
