STR-350 will not send a service pin message.

LNS Database

Cause

If the STR-350 has been commissioned previously then deleted from the LonMaker database it will not send out a service pin message until taking the steps below.

Resolution

Manually enter the Neuron ID of the STR-350 and commission it into the network. This will restore the service pin functionality.
