Issues with Operator username/password which can arise when restoring an SP-C-Web Database.

Cause
The SP-C-Webs Database Restore process is different from the Security Expert Client/Server.
Resolution
- SP-C-Webs are unlike the Security Expert Client/Server model in that the SP-C-Web contains its own on-board controller database
- This controller database can be backup by the customer and then restored onto another SP-C-Web by a field or support engineer
- However, issues can arise when trying to access that restored SP-C-Web customer database using the customers own provided Operator username/password
