Issue
Both valve and actuator in question are obsolete. In this case the valve is still OK, while the actuator is in need of replacement.

Replacement of obsolete actuator
Resolution
M9B/24 (8601010000) together with mounting kit 8600990000 will replace the M44PBB when used on STM-G. The only feature missing would be the potentiometer.
