Positioner output's override on 865-V always reads TRUE

Resolution

Unlike the 866-V, the 865-V DOES NOT support feedback on the position of its actuator output, the LCDState attribute of the output CAN NOT be used to learn the end positions of the actuator.

As a result, the actuator output's override attribute on the 865-V always prints as TRUE since the firmware has no way of knowing the position of the actuator output.
