Issue
Not able to discover the MNB controllers on the MSTP trunk of an AS. However, all MNB controllers on the same AS trunk are discovered in WorkPlace Tech Commissioning Tool.
Environment
SmartStruxure, AS
Cause
The negative lead of the MS/TP AS network was shorted to ground.
Resolution
Examine all MS/TP wiring and correct any grounding issue.
