Issue
Cannot connect to a Network Share with Pinpoint Graphics.
Environment
Continuum 1.93
Windows Server 2008
Windows 7
IIS
Cause
Due to enhanced security by Microsoft a Domain Service Account needs to be applied to IIS for the share.
Resolution
- Open IIS Management
- Create a Virtual Directory
- Enter the name "New Graphics Files"
- Enter the path \\servername\sharename
- Click on "Connect as"
- Enter Service account name and password.
Notes* Service account should be a member of the Backup Administrators group.
