Issue
A file called Netstat_Tq.txt keeps growing, and it's not clear what it's for or how to stop the writing to the file.
Environment
TAC Vista
Cause
Debugging of TAC Vista Server network is enabled
1: Hold down shift and ctrl, right click the Vista Server node and click properties
2: Scroll down to "NETQDBG" and remove the check mark
Resolution
Disable network debugging
