Issue

The dongle doesn't work when launching an application through Windows Remote Desktop.

Environment

NL220 Dongle
Windows Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP)

Cause

The Windows Remote Desktop feature is not supported for NL220 dongles.

Resolution

Use an alternative remote solution, like Ultra VNC.
