Issue
On an NCP (Network Control Protocol) network with two or more MicroNet Touchscreens, certain values within MicroNet controllers located on the Sub-LAN of a Touchscreen may change unexpectedly and without user intervention.
Product Line
Satchwell Micronet
Environment
Micronet NCP Touchscreens
Cause
This issue typically arises due to high communication traffic through the MicroNet Touchscreens. When multiple Touchscreens are present on the same NCP network, the increased data exchange can lead to unintended value changes in connected controllers.
