Cause
Power failure in building
The UNC does a 'graceful' shutdown, using its backup battery, 60 seconds after main AC power is lost. If the power failure in the building lasts less than 60 seconds, the Microsmart controllers come back online. The UNC never shuts down and thinks the Microsmart controllers are online. Meanwhile the Microsmart shadow objects in the station are no longer updating. The link between them and the points in the Microsmart was lost (during the power failure) and does not automatically recover.
Resolution
Reboot the UNC
